Hello, my name is Botinah. What started as a part-time, temporary position alongside my university studies grew into a three-year journey parallel to my primary career as a Clinical Research Practitioner in Rheumatology. I began as an English teacher and progressed to the roles of Head of English and Academic Manager by my third year. Early in my career, I was actively involved in education, taking on responsibilities such as pastoral work, serving as a Lead Debate Mate mentor, and working in primary schools—all while managing my commitments with the NHS during the pandemic.
